Enhance students' access to the general curriculum.

Introduction

My Instructional Learning Opportunities Guidance System

MyiLOGS was built on the theoretical and empirical foundation underlying the concept of opportunity to learn (OTL). MyiLOGS establishes a range of indices along three key dimensions of the enacted curriculum: (a) time on instruction, (b) content of instruction, and (c) quality of instruction. For purposes of measurement, MyiLOGS defines OTL as the extent to which a teacher dedicates instructional time and content coverage to the intended curriculum emphasizing a range cognitive processes, instructional practices, and grouping formats.
